On arrival at the apartment in Istanbul or Antalya, a member of EV Apartments & Villas will welcome you, give you the keys of the apartment and show you the apartment.
We do not advise our guests to drink tap water. We provide our guests bottled water for free.
An EV Apartments & Villas agent will be available to assist you during our office hours for any information by calling the telephone number indicated on our website. We are also reachable outside office hours in case of emergency.
