Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is a well-decorated spacious living room leading into the veranda where you can enjoy lounge chairs and bench.

There is a bathroom and well-designed open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a FULL HD TV with the satellite receiver offering many international and local channels. In addition, there is a ground heating system, which enables our guests to enjoy the warm atmosphere in the winter season.

First Floor: There are two bedrooms, one is with double bed (160×200) and the other has a daybed which can be convertible to a double comfortable bed. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. In this level there is also a large bathroom with a bath tub.

Second floor: The second floor has a spacious bed/living room with a convertible double sofa which makes our villa convenient for large groups.

Suitable for children of all ages. 

Outdoor Activities 
The area offers many outdoor activities such as fishing, sailing, biking, horse riding, golf, go-kart, watersports, beachsports and waterpark. VILLA ESMA is only 20 minutes away from HIP-NOTICS Cable Ski Park where you can make the most of a wide range of watersports. The Park, the lakes of which cover approximately 90,000 square meters of the property’s total land area of about 200,000 square meters, is an internationally known wakeboard destination with year round operation. It offers wake boarding, wake skating, mono skiing, water skiing, kneeboarding, disk skiing and jump skiing, for riders of all levels!
