The space

Upon entering the property the hall passing a big window facing the bright patio with acid etched handcrafted glass in the modernist style you will have one side one bed room with big wardrobe and other side you have a small area with space for a desk to work.

Moving along we enter a space with a beautiful painted ceiling where on one side we have an open Leicht kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge and microwave and on the other a big wooden dining table with 6 chairs.

From there we reach the living room with direct access to a long gallery and big a balcony with southwest orientation and lots of natural light. This gallery is also linked to the second bedroom, the master en-suite bedroom with its own bathroom. In this property all the original mosaic floors have been restored and micro cement has been used.

This Apartment is situated on the second floor with one big living room and two bedrooms, a fully stocked open kitchen with a dining set-up and a modern, stylish bathroom. You will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful!

Great location, super-responsive host, beautiful apartment. Gran de Gracia is a fairly busy street by Gracia standards, but the apartment opens out to the back half of the building, so it's not a problem at all.

Het is een mooi en licht appartement in een fijne buurt. Schoon en voorzien van goede apparatuur. Werken was lastig door verbouwing in hal. Buren kunnen wat lawaaiig zijn, maar ‘s nachts is het heerljk stil. Ilker reageerde snel al was het in het begin ook nodig om niet de gehele beschreven inventaris aanwezig was. Tweede slaapkamer was zeer gehorig, omdat deze grenst aan binnenplaats. Schoonmaak elke week was goed.

Confortable location and Ilker it’s a perfect host. Reliable, always answer with no delay during our quite long stay (2 1/2 months). Gracia it’s a nice neighbourhood fool of shops markets and metro stations. Highly recommended.
