EV | Apartments & Villas was founded in 2011 with the mission of providing the best accommodation services at the most reasonable prices in Istanbul Barcelona and Antalya.
We are the tourism and hospitality brand of real estate investment and asset management company, TOROS and work alongside our partner brand TAM, Turkey’s market leader in residential property management, which manages over 100 premises. Whilst EV Apartments focuses on offering the highest quality hospitality services, TAM is there to provide all the necessary support services to property owners. This goes from the very earliest stages of scoping out potential investment properties right up to dealing with everyday logistics as well as providing legal, tax, and administrative support.
What we offer
Accommodation: We manage a range of luxury serviced apartments in exclusive locations in Cihangir, Galata, and Çukurcuma in Istanbul, as well as villas to rent in seaside locations such as Bogazkent, Antalya, and Barcelona. All our properties are furnished to the highest standard to ensure our guests get the most out of their stay. We want you to enjoy all that Turkey has to offer, whilst being able to relax in utmost comfort. Our properties range from spacious villas suitable for families, to contemporary apartments in Istanbul’s hippest neighbourhoods. Turkish traditions blend with modern aesthetics, and come kitted out with fully-equipped kitchens, as well as high quality furnishings and bed linens. Renting one of our serviced apartments in Istanbul, Antalya, or Bodrum, gives our guests the freedom to explore on their own terms, whilst allowing more privacy and comfort during their ever-important rest time.

We spent almost a month in Villa Belinda & Amado apartments. The houses are comfortable, equipped with everything necessary, plus a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Nice place to stay with children. Not far from the sea beach (~ 800 m, 10 minutes on foot) ... There were no crowds at all on the beach (something you will never find in Belek or nearby Alanya)! I'd especially mention our hosts - Yasemin and Aslan, who always were in contact with us and helped us with all our little needs to make our stay really comfortable. Strongly recommended. Would love to come back to this place again in the future.

Excellent apartments for a small family (3-4 people). Very friendly staff. The sea is not far 15-min walk, with nice free beach (sunbeds are old, but free). Very neat swimming pool in the garden.

We had a very enjoyable and beautiful holiday. We stayed with 4 friends and our 4 dogs in total and it met all our expectations. Since there were 4 rooms, we could all stay in separate rooms, the garden was very enjoyable and beautiful, our dogs loved it very much. The kitchen was sufficient for all our needs, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. The beds and bed linens were very clean. A spacious, modern, useful house. The owner of the house thought of even the smallest details such as flowers and paintings, it felt like we were staying in our own well-maintained house...

I would like to thank the owner of this villa 🫶🏼Yasmen was very helpful through out our holidays. She kept everything clear and simple. Organized transfer for my big family, even provided some food for the first day of our arrival. She placed baby pot and baby chair , every single thing was well organized👌🏼 Yasmen also helped with car rental on the special conditions for our family🙌🏼 The villa itself is very nice and clean place to stay. It has terrace and everything for BBQ🍔, big kitchen well equipped with all utensils and several types of coffee machines. All sleeping rooms were provided with bed sheets and towels👌🏼...

Based in Bogazkent/Belek, we are a small team of experienced and dedicated professionals working to provide the best service possible. We put an emphasis on quality, discipline, transparency, guest satisfaction and prompt responsiveness in all our transactions.
After growing up in Germany, Ilker moved to Istanbul where he initially set up an investment management company.
As a chartered accountant, Aslı takes care of the money side of things and is responsible for finance, accounting, legal and tax issues.
His friendly interpersonal skills and level head (no matter what the situation!) mean that he’s just the person you want on the end of a phone.
Heading up a crack team of housekeepers, Emine is the one that makes sure every apartment we rent out is in top condition for all of our guests
